You will be required to load a small piece of software which when run presents you with a 12 digit access code that you give to me via telephone. We both then create a support session with YOU, the user granting ME access. Please note it is you that gives me access with this unique code which alters every time you run the software. I am not able to access your computer unless you grant permission so there is no security risk to you, your systems or your data.
